For the topic this year, "Heroes Around Me", I immediately knew who to choose as my individual to focus the video on - Mr Lalak. His omnipresence at Boy Scouts and the Fire Station, quietly helping in the background, and his major commitment to helping the troop. Mr. Lalak is the epitome of a hero in my community and never stops helping other and creating a better community.
